Atelier "Members Only Club" Black Card - Terms and Conditions
By accepting and using the Atelier Black Card, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:*
1. Eligibility: The Atelier Black Card is exclusively for Atelier customers and its issuance is at the sole discretion of Atelier.
2. Ownership and Use: The Black Card remains the property of Atelier and must be returned upon our request. It is non-transferable and should only be used by the named cardholder.
3. Savings: The 25% discount is applicable to purchases made online at Atelier's official website. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specified otherwise.
4. Monthly Draws: The automatic entry to our monthly draws is contingent upon the cardholder's account being in good standing. Prize winners will be notified via email.
5. Birthday Gifts: Members are required to register their birth dates to receive the birthday gift. This gift is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. Bespoke Services: Appointments may be necessary and are subject to availability. Charges may apply depending on the customization.
7. Early Bird Access: Early access is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability of items during private sales is not guaranteed.
8. Exclusive Fabric Selection: Subject to availability. Atelier reserves the right to limit quantities and selections.
9. Bronze Atelier NFT: Digital wallet required. Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen NFTs once transferred.
10. Monthly Newsletters & Blogs: By being a member, you agree to receive our monthly newsletters and blog updates. You can opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link.
11. Termination: Atelier reserves the right to revoke membership or Black Card privileges if we believe there's misuse or violation of the terms and conditions.
12. Fees: Although currently free, Atelier reserves the right to introduce an annual fee for the Black Card. Members will be notified in advance.
13. Changes to Terms: Atelier may revise these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the updated terms on our website and/or notifying you via email.
14. Liability: Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising out of the Black Card membership, and its offers and services.
15. Data Privacy: All personal data will be handled according to Atelier's Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Atelier is registered.
