CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All shipments from us are done using the DAP (Delivery at Place) method. This means you, as the recipient, are responsible for handling any import duties and taxes that may apply once your international order arrives in your country. Import duties are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination, and the rates vary across different countries. Since these charges are subject to each country's customs policies, we're unable to provide specific cost estimates.

To avoid unexpected expenses, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order. It's important to note that if you refuse a parcel due to high import duties or taxes, you will still be liable for these charges.

For our American customers, there are no import duties on orders below $800. Australian customers can enjoy this benefit on orders under 1000 AU$. In the UK, all orders are exempt from import and custom duties.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
