The name MerCri serves as a tribute to our founders late fathers; ‘Mer’cansey Koomson and Kenneth ‘Cri’ckmore

How do I place an order?
Placing an order on our store is a very simple process. Once you see an item of interest, you may click on it where you will be prompted to select your preferred size. You will then be prompted to choose your preferred method of payment. After confirmation, you will receive an email advising you on when to expect your items to be delivered
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer a complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over £500. All orders in the UK come with free shipping. All shipment outside the UK may be subjected to import duties and taxes fees. Please see our full shipping policy here to learn more
What payment method do you accept?
We accept most debit/credit cards including visa and mastercard. We also accept paypal at checkout. If you wish to pay later, you may use payment partners like Klarna and Clearpay at checkout
How long does it take to receive my orders?
We process all orders within 24hrs after confirmation. As a made to order company, we expect the production of the ordered items to be completed within 3 weeks after confirmation. All orders are shipped with DHL express and customers are expected to receive their order within 5 working days upon completion
How do I cancel my order?
You will have 24hrs after order confirmation to cancel your order on our website. If you wish to cancel an order after this time limit, you may reach out to us using this link and we can arrange a cancellation for you. We will not be able to cancel orders after 3 days of confirmation. This is because by the third day, we have usually started with production of the order
How do you handle damaged orders?
All damaged items are subjected to a free repair service. This comes with a free return and shipping costs. Where items can not be repaired, we offer a store credit of the full amount of the item purchased
What is your return policy?
As all our items are made to order, we only offer refunds on damaged orders. Exchanges may be offered on items if the fit is not quite right.

Are all products made to order?
Yes, all our garments are made to order. We also offer bespoke services to our ‘members only’ clients
How do I find my fit for your products?
All our collections come with a size chart on our product pages. This gives you an insight on the measurements of all our products. You may compare these measurements to items you may already own for a better depiction of the fit of my products on you
Can I provide my own measurements for a product?
As all our items are made to order, you are more than welcome to adjust the dimensions of the item you purchase at no extra cost. Please note all items with custom measurements are non refundable
Where are the products made?
We have connections with many manufacturers across the globe however majority of our production are done in Bankok, Thailand by some of the cities most talented craftsmen. We also work with manufacturers in London who are responsible for the crafts behind our leather and denim jackets

Can I submit my own design not shown on your website?
Unfortunately we cannot produce a completely new design that doesnt follow our standard silhouettes. This is due to unforeseeable technical challenges that may occur during the production processes
When can I expect to receive my items in bespoke?
We expect all bespoke items to follow the same production time as our standard pieces. However depending on unpredictable challenges, bespoke items may take a bit longer than anticipated. Customers will be notified should this ever be the case on the estimated time for completion
What is the £10 fee on the Bespoke collections for?
The fee on our bespoke services pays for a final illustration of the design ordered. It also covers the cost of delivery for the complementary fabric swatches we provide with the order
How can I know the cost of a bespoke jacket from the collection?
The total cost of the bespoke jacket is emailed to you after we confirm the design and the fabric being used
What can I do if the bespoke jacket does not fit as intended?
We offer a fit guarantee service with our bespoke services. We recommend using our bespoke services only after placing an order for our standard collections. You may get a better understanding on the fit of our silhouettes before purchase. Our fit guarantee provides you an opportunity to return your bespoke piece for alterations needed for the required fit
What is your refund policy on the bespoke collection?
Bespoke items are non refundable however we will provide adequate alterations with your order to meet your needs. In exceptional occasions we may offer a store credit as a last result in case we are not able to satisfy your expectations on the fit of your items

What can I do if I lose my ‘Black Card?’
If you lose your black card, you may send us a message using this link then request for a replacement. There is a £5 fee for card replacements. The missing card will then be disabled from our systems
